Adults and children over 6 years of age:5 mg (one Vocet tablet) once daily. In renal impairment: The dosage should be reduced according to Creatinine Clearance (CC). CC 30-49 ml/min:5 mg every other day. CC 10-29 ml/min : 5 mg every 3 days. CC<10 ml/min :replica watches contraindicated.
